Warranties

THIS IS YOUR LIMITED INSTALLATION WARRANTY

OUR ONE YEAR TV OR HOME THEATER INSTALLATION WARRANTY. 
 
We warrant to you, the Customer and the original purchaser of a TV or Home Theater System (“Equipment”) that for a period of one (1) year after the date of our installation of the Equipment, the Equipment has been installed in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with any installation requirement of the Equipment manufacturer.  We will correct any installation defects at no cost to you, provided that we are notified of the defect within the one (1) year period.
 
OUR 90 DAY PERSONAL COMPUTER INSTALLATION WARRANTY.  
 
We warrant to you the Customer and original purchaser of a personal computer and any components (Equipment) that for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of our installation of the Equipment has been installed by us in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with any installation requirements of the Equipment manufacturer.  We will correct any service defects caused by us at no cost to you, provided that we are notified of the defect within the ninety (90) day period.
 
This limited warranty is void, and we have no further obligations to you, if the Equipment is tampered with, repaired or relocated by anyone other than our Technician.
 
This is an installation warranty.  The Equipment itself is warranted by the manufacturer or supplier.
 
WE MAKE NO OTHER LIMITED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,  AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA.
 
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.  SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF (i) INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR (ii) IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
