Why should I purchase a professional installation?
At INSTALLS inc, LLC, we know your time is valuable.  Avoid the hassle and confusion of setting up your own electronics products, and let us do it for you.  We have completed more PC and TV installations than any other provider, and we’ll do it right the first time. 

What do I need for my installation?
You will need the necessary equipment in your home prior to the INSTALLS inc, LLC technician arriving.  For TV installations, this could be the cables for the components that you would like us to install for you.  If you are purchasing a wall-mounted TV installation you will also need to have the mounting bracket.  For PC installations, this would be all the necessary hardware such as monitor, keyboard, etc.  If you are unsure about what you need, or have any questions, a member of the INSTALLS inc, LLC team can assist you.  Call us at 1.877.811.7776 for assistance.

When will my appointment be scheduled?
After you decide on the services you need and complete your Checkout, a member of the INSTALLS inc, LLC team will be contacting you within 2 business hours.  Make sure you leave the best number(s) for us to reach you.  When we talk we will review the services you purchased, and schedule a date and time that works for you.

Can I schedule my appointment on the weekend?
Yes, the INSTALLS inc, LLC technicians complete installations Monday through Saturday in every zip code in the United States. 

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?  Can I do that?
Yes, although we ask that you give us 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to change it for any reason.  Please call the INSTALLS inc, LLC team at 1.877.811.7776 to reschedule your appointment.  They are available Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 10PM EST, and on Sunday from 9AM to 7PM EST.

Is there a fee if I need to reschedule?
Not if you give us 24 hours advance notice.  If you cannot give the 24 hour advance notice, we require a $45 reschedule or cancellation fee.

How can I be sure that my installer will show up at the right time, on the right day?
Our installation technician will call you the night before to confirm your installation, and review the scope of work with you.

Who are your technicians?
The INSTALLS inc, LLC technicians are part of the most comprehensive Consumer Electronics installation network in the nation.  Your installation will be performed by a member of this nationwide installation team.  Our installation technicians are fully insured, have gone through thorough background checks, and are professionally trained on the services that they will be providing.

What will your technicians do while at my home?
All services are a bit different, but they all have certain elements in common.  First, the installer will review your workorder with you before beginning any work.  Second, they will make sure you are aware of any complications that may arise while performing their job.  Third, they will make sure that you know how to use your new equipment and are familiar with what was done at your home so you are comfortable.  Last, they will make sure your home looks the same as before they arrived.

Does someone need be home during the installation service?
Yes, an adult (18 years+) needs to be present during the entire installation. 

Are there ever any additional charges?
Typically there are no extra charges when the technician is on-site, because a member of the INSTALLS inc, LLC team has already reviewed your services with you prior to the technician arriving.  If there are, however, you will be advised that there are additional charges before the technician begins any work.  You are not required to pay unless you agree.
